Rental Sites that do not lend out ETC Cards

Neither departure nor return drop-offs are allowed.

● Departures
Please come to the ORIX Rent-A-Car Desk located near the Central Exit of the Central Wing on the 1st floor of the Terminal 1 Building, and call our counter by the direct line. Our courtesy car will pick you up at the location indicated on the information board.
● Returns
After returning the car to the store, our courtesy car will take you to Terminal Building 1. It is not possible to return the car directly to Narita Airport.
● Shuttle Service
It usually takes 15 to 30 minutes between the Rental Site and Narita Airport Terminal Building 1. Please note that, due to road conditions and other factors, there may be delays. With our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, we ask that you allow sufficient time for your return. (Shuttle service to Terminal 3 is not available.)
● Estimated Return Times
For domestic flights, please return 1 hour and 30 minutes before the flight time. Taking into consideration boarding procedures and other factors, allow 2 hours and 30 minutes before the departure time for international flights. This service is unavailable outside of our regular business hours.
● Your vehicle will be ready on the date and time that you have reserved in advance.
