Please come to the rental car desk on the 1st floor of the Terminal 2 Building and contact the Narita Airport store, which is the main store, from our counter direct telephone. A shuttle car will come to the pick-up location on the information board. (Approximately 15 minutes after contacting us) Regarding the return, please return it to the Narita Airport store and then send it to each terminal building.

Please come to the ORIX Rent-A-Car Desk located near North Exit #2 on the 1st floor of Terminal Building 2. Contact the Rental Site counter by our direct line phone number. A courtesy car will pick you up at the pick-up location indicated on the information board.
After returning the car to the Rental Site, a courtesy car will take you to Terminal Building 2. It is not possible to return the car directly to Narita Airport.
● Shuttle Service
It usually takes 15 to 30 minutes between the Rental Site and Narita Airport Terminal Building 2. Please note that there may be delays due to road conditions and other factors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please allow enough time for your return. (Shuttle service to Terminal Building 3 is unavailable.)
● Estimated Return Times
Taking into consideration the time needed to check in, please return your rental car 90 minutes before the flight time for domestic flights, while allowing 2 hours and 30 minutes before international flight departures. Shuttles are unavailable outside of business hours.
● Your vehicle will be ready on the date and time that has been reserved in advance.
