This campaign is available only for reservations made at least 30 days in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
Customers who select "Pay at Rental Site" as their payment method will not be able to modify their reservation via the website once the early booking period has passed.
Customers who select "Online Credit Card Payment" will not be able to modify their reservation regardless of the early booking period. If you wish to make any changes, please cancel your reservation first and then make a new booking. Please contact the Rental Site where you made your reservation directly.Please note that a cancellation fee may be charged in accordance with our company policy when canceling a reservation.

Procedures on the Website

If the reservation is within the early booking period, reservations with "Pay at Rental Site" can be both modified and canceled. For "Online Credit Card Payment," modifications are not allowed. Please cancel your reservation on the website and make a new booking. Cancellations are allowed.
If the reservation is beyond the early booking period, modifications cannot be made on the website regardless of the payment method. Please contact the Rental Site directly. Cancellations can be made up to one hour prior to departure.

Instructions regarding car rentals

※: All vehicles used in this campaign are non-smoking.
※: Please note that some classes may not be available at certain rental sites.
※: As a rule, all rentals of our vehicles must be paid for with our specified credit cards. Please refer to 【⇒Regarding Payment Methods】.
※: All vehicles feature automatic transmission.
※: The collision damage waiver fee (¥1,100 per 24 hours) and Rental Car Assistance Pack （¥660～¥1,320 per 24 hours) are not included in the price of the rental.
※: Car seats for children will cost an additional ¥1,100-¥1,650 per rental. As the number of these seats is limited, they may run out.
※: Insurance and compensation must conform to our rules.
※: Gasoline and option costs are to be paid by the customer.
※: After confirming your reservation on the website, if the procedures for extending a rental couldn't be completed and if your rental time is actually extended, please be aware that you will be asked to pay for that extension when you pay the basic rate (peak season rates apply during peak times).
※: When a rented vehicle is returned before the reserved time, (a) the rate based on the rental agreement and (b) the basic rate, recalculated according to the time it was rented, will be compared. If b) is cheaper, the difference in rates will be refunded. For those who have purchased a Rental Car Assistance Pack (RAP), the total balance will be refunded *, but those without RAP will receive only 50% of the diffrerence. *Note: those who have rented a car for fewer than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
