Our vehicles are also equipped with ETC (Japan's automated toll fee payment system) and car navigation. ETC cards are available for rent at ¥330. Please make any inquiries before departure.

Instructions regarding car rentals

※: All vehicles used in this campaign are non-smoking.
※: This campaign is limited to payments made by credit card.　Please refer to【⇒Regarding Payment Methods】.
※: Rentals for this campaign are restricted to drivers aged 23 and over.
※: All vehicles feature automatic transmission.
※: The collision damage waiver fee (¥1,100～¥2,200 per 24 hours) and Rental Car Assistance Pack （¥660～¥1,320 per 24 hours) are not included in the price of the rental.
※: Car seats for children will cost an additional ¥1,100 per rental. As the number of these seats is limited, they may run out.
※: Insurance and compensation must conform to our rules.
※: Gasoline and option costs are to be paid by the customer.
※: After confirming your reservation on the website, if the procedures for extending a rental couldn't be completed and if your rental time is actually extended, please be aware that you will be asked to pay for that extension when you pay the basic rate (peak season rates apply during peak times).
※: When a rented vehicle is returned before the reserved time, (a) the rate based on the rental agreement and (b) the basic rate, recalculated according to the time it was rented, will be compared. If b) is cheaper, the difference in rates will be refunded. For those who have purchased a Rental Car Assistance Pack (RAP), the total balance will be refunded *, but those without RAP will receive only 50% of the diffrerence. *Note: those who have rented a car for fewer than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
