Customers Taking Domestic Flights
Rental Departure Procedure
■1. Please exit the Arrival lobby on the 1st floor and call the ORIX Rent-A-Car Rental Site (092-415-3900). We will pick you up at the Car Rental Pick-up Point. ■2. Leave the Terminal from Exits E or F on the 1st floor, and go to the Car Rental Pick-up Point next to the multi-story parking lot in front of the Terminal. ■3. Our dedicated vehicle will take you to the Rental Site.
Rental Return Procedure
■1. Please return the vehicle to the ORIX Rent-A-Car Rental Site. ■2. After completing the procedures at the Rental Site, you will be taken to the Car Rental Pick-up Point for domestic flights.
Customers Taking International Flights
Rental Departure Procedure
■1. Please exit the Arrival lobby on the 1st floor and call the ORIX Rent-A-Car Rental Site (092-415-3900). We will pick you up at the Car Rental Pick-up Point. ■2. Take the elevator to the Departure Lobby on the 3rd floor. ■3. Leave the Terminal at GATE 1 on the 3rd floor and to the Car Rental Pick-up Point on the right side, in front of the KOBAN (on-site police station). ■4. Our dedicated vehicle will take you to the Rental Site.
Rental Return Procedure
■1. Please return the vehicle to the ORIX Rent-A-Car Rental Site. ■2. After completing the procedures at the Rental Site, you will be taken to the Car Rental Pick-up Point for international flights.
