- This campaign is restricted to reservations made 3-14 days before departure. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
- When Early Reservations exceed the limited period. It is impossible to change the procedures on the website, so please contact the Orix Rental Site directly.
- For your safety and security, insurance and compensation, as well as road-side service packages, are included with all Orix Rental Cars.
- Car navigation and ETC (a prepaid road-toll onboard device) come as standard equipment.
Instructions regarding car rentals

- All vehicles used in this campaign are non-smoking.
- ※
- Departures made between 4/29-5/8 are excluded from this campaign.
- ※
- Rental fee for departure on Mon - Fri is different from it for departure on San, Sat and National holidays.
- ※
- As a rule, all rentals of our vehicles must be paid for with our specified credit cards.
- ※
- All vehicles feature automatic transmission.
- ※
- The collision damage waiver fee (¥1,100 per 24 hours) and Rental Car Assistance Pack （¥660～¥1,320 per 24 hours) are not included in the price of the rental.
- ※
- Car seats for children will cost an additional ¥1,100 per rental. As the number of these seats is limited, they may run out.
- ※
- Insurance and compensation must conform to our rules.
- ※
- Gasoline and option costs are to be paid by the customer.
- ※
- After confirming your reservation on the website, if the procedures for extending a rental couldn't be completed and if your rental time is actually extended, please be aware that you will be asked to pay for that extension when you pay the basic rate (peak season rates apply during peak times).
- ※
- When a rented vehicle is returned before the reserved time, (a) the rate based on the rental agreement and (b) the basic rate, recalculated according to the time it was rented, will be compared. If b) is cheaper, the difference in rates will be refunded. For those who have purchased a Rental Car Assistance Pack (RAP), the total balance will be refunded *, but those without RAP will receive only 50% of the diffrerence. *Note: those who have rented a car for fewer than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
