- Car navigation and ETC (a prepaid road-toll onboard device) come as standard equipment.
Instructions regarding car rentals

- All vehicles used in this campaign are non-smoking.
- ※
- As a rule, all rentals of our vehicles must be paid for with our specified credit cards.
- ※
- All vehicles feature automatic transmission.
- ※
- Compensation disclaimer fees (¥1,100-¥2200 per 24 hours) and the safety package （¥660-¥1,320 per 24 hours) are included in the rental car rate.
- ※
- Car seats for children will cost an additional ¥1,100-¥1,650 per rental. As the number of these seats is limited, they may run out.
- ※
- Insurance and compensation must conform to our rules.
- ※
- Gasoline and option costs are to be paid by the customer.
- ※
- After confirming your reservation on the website, if the procedures for extending a rental couldn't be completed and if your rental time is actually extended, please be aware that you will be asked to pay for that extension when you pay the basic rate (peak season rates apply during peak times).
- ※
- When a rented vehicle is returned before the reserved time, (a) the rate based on the rental agreement and (b) the basic rate, recalculated according to the time it was rented, will be compared. If b) is cheaper, the difference in rates will be refunded. For those who have purchased a Rental Car Assistance Pack (RAP), the total balance will be refunded *, but those without RAP will receive only 50% of the diffrerence. *Note: those who have rented a car for fewer than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
